1. About Nuhara

Nuhara is an online marketplace that connects independent wellness practitioners ("Practitioners") with people seeking wellness experiences ("Seekers"). We provide the platform — booking, payments, and communication — but we are not a party to the wellness services themselves. Nuhara is operated by Connor Nühsmann.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nuhara. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you accept these terms.

3. Bookings and Payments

When a Seeker books a service, payment is collected immediately and held until the Practitioner confirms the booking. If the Practitioner declines, a full refund is issued automatically. Nuhara charges a 10% platform fee on each confirmed booking, deducted from the Practitioner's payout.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Nuhara never stores your full card details.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Seekers may cancel a booking before the session start time and receive a full refund. Refunds are processed by Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days. Cancellations after the session has started are not eligible for refunds.

Practitioners may decline a booking request, which triggers an automatic full refund to the Seeker. Practitioners are encouraged to keep their availability up to date to avoid the need for last-minute declines.

5. Practitioner Responsibilities

Practitioners are independent service providers, not employees of Nuhara. They are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the services they offer. Practitioners must hold any relevant qualifications, certifications, or licences required by local law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Circumvent the platform to arrange payments directly and avoid fees
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users
  • Attempt to access accounts or data that is not yours

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Nuhara — including the name, logo, and design — belongs to Nuhara. Practitioners retain ownership of the content they upload (photos, descriptions) but grant Nuhara a licence to display it on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nuhara provides the platform "as is" and makes no guarantees about the quality or safety of any service listed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuhara is not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of the platform or from any wellness service you book through it.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or by a notice on the site. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
